Document required :

1. Letter of intent.

2. Legal certificate of business operation, god credit standing certificate.

3. Fill in foreign-invested project review for market entry form.

4. Fill in application form for set up a wholly-owned foreign-invested project.

The above documents are to be reviewed and approved by affixing official stamp to application form. Investor shall proceed to local Administration of Industry & Commerce to apply for preview and approval of company name intended.
