NETDA carry out the service principle of 'satisfy investor and help them make profits'. NETDA supply one-stop & personalized government support to investors.

One-stop service: NETDA is responsible for coordinating all the formalities for investors, covering project approval, construction and operation. All the posts are manned with A representative and B substitute to offer round-the-clock services.

One-door Collection of Fees: All the items and standards of fees approved by NETDA Administrative Committee are made public. Enterprises may refuse to pay the items of fees not approved by the committee or fees that are higher than the standards. NETDA practices the system of zero administration fees for investors that operating in NETDA. Pension, workplace injury, family planning, unemployment and medical insurance and housing collective reserve funds are collected as stipulated in relevant State regulations.
